Direct beach access from the complex makes it incredibly simple to wander the shoreline or swim at a moment’s notice. To ensure your stay remains completely effortless, a dedicated housekeeping service is included from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
To maintain the pristine condition of this luxury escape and respect local neighbours, guest compliance with standard residency codes is highly appreciated during your visit.

Our homes are geared towards Families. While we welcome adults only bookings, these need to be pre-approved by our team.
Crowds, prices and school holidays
The festive season (mid-December to mid-January): the absolute peak, especially in Durban and other coastal areas. Expect higher prices, booking months ahead is essential.
Easter and July (local holidays): a second rise in numbers, mostly on the beaches and in the parks.
The shoulder months (April–May and September–October): the best balance, with good weather, fewer crowds and fair prices.
