Transport yourself to a Mediterranean-style paradise on the Dolphin Coast. Situated on the second floor of the highly acclaimed Akrotiri Village within the secure Santorini estate, this light-filled holiday villa treats guests to sweeping, panoramic views of the ocean waves, dramatic coastline, and the sparkling pool below.
The interior offers an ideal blend of modern convenience and homely comfort. The fully air-conditioned living space features a modern kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, opening out directly onto a wonderful private balcony. Here, you can fire up the Weber braai for a relaxed afternoon cookout while keeping an eye on the children swimming in the Akrotiri complex pool directly below. Both bedrooms provide a quiet, air-conditioned retreat after a long day in the sun.
Staying in the heart of the Santorini estate gives you unprecedented access to luxury community facilities, including six beautiful swimming pools and secure walking paths. Direct-access beach turnstiles lead you on a short, scenic walk through the estate down to the tidal pools of Thompson’s Bay to the north, or the pristine sands of Perissa Private Beach to the south.
To maintain the pristine condition of this luxury escape and respect local neighbours, guest compliance with standard residency codes is highly appreciated during your visit.

Crowds, prices and school holidays
The festive season (mid-December to mid-January): the absolute peak, especially in Durban and other coastal areas. Expect higher prices, booking months ahead is essential.
Easter and July (local holidays): a second rise in numbers, mostly on the beaches and in the parks.
The shoulder months (April–May and September–October): the best balance, with good weather, fewer crowds and fair prices.
